Vijay Deverakonda's NOTA Costar Yashika Aannand Shares A Sneak Peek Into Her Post Surgery Stitches After Car Accident--See PIC
Yashika Aannand, who met with a car accident in June this year, took to her Instagram handle to share a glimpse of her post-surgery stitches.
Popular Tamil actress Yashika Aannand met with an accident on East Coast Road, Mahabalipuram in Chennai on June 25. She was travelling with her friends when their vehicle rammed into a median and fell into a nearby pit. One of Yashika’s friends died on the spot. The actress was also reportedly in a critical state and had inflicted several injuries. Since then, her fans have been praying for her speedy recovery.
Recently, Yashika shared a glimpse of her stitches via a post on her Instagram. The NOTA actress shared a photo wherein she showed her stitches. The Bigg Boss Tamil fame actress has been sharing her health updates. In one of her posts, Yashika had revealed that she won't be able to walk or stand for the next five months due to multiple fractures.
Her post read. "Multiple fractures in pelvic bone and right leg fractured. I am resting post surgeries. I've been bedridden all day and I have to pass motions on the same bed. I can't turn left or right also. I have been stiff for these many days. My back is fully injured. Mentally and Physically I am injured.”

While speaking with The Hindu, Yashika Aannand had opened up about the accident earlier and revealed how it took place. She was quoted as saying, “The road was really dark, and I unfortunately hit the divider. Our car drifted sharply and then toppled over three times. Pavani was in the co-passenger’s seat, but she hadn’t put her seatbelt on and the window was open as she was getting some air. So when the crash happened, she was flung out of the open window and fell outside, hitting her head. The rest of us were inside the car, but the doors were jammed and we had to break open the sunroof to escape.”
